Second Victim Involved in Shooting Dies from Injuries . Police say they were dispatched to the 700 block of East 13th Street in Okmulgee to reports of a person "actively shooting people."
Three men break into a home near SW 43rd & Agnew during a party, demand money and begin shooting. One woman is in critical condition after being shot in the head. Another man, was shot in the hand.
