Police say they arrested two suspects in connection to the body that was found near West 41st Street and South Elwood Avenue. Police say 49-year-old James Gray was found with a gunshot wound to the head. Detectives located Gray's car and found 27-year-old Randy Rowell and 41-year-old Gina Hale in the car.
