A shooting occurred around 4:30 am near Linwood and McKinely sending one victim to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Officers received a call of shots being fired Sunday morning on the NW side of the city, they found the victim, a male, on the ground outside and shot at least once.

A woman is fighting for her life after a wrong-way crash on a metro interstate. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 37-year Toby Pedford was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of I-235 on Thursday evening. Near N. 50th St., officials say he collided head-on with 51-year-old Helen Mullen. Oklahoma City police say they believe they've found the dead body of a missing Norman 7-month-old. At 8 a.m. Thursday, officials announced they'd discovered the body of "who is believed to be Jody Minjarez", the baby who's been missing from Norman since Feb. 19. He was found at a residence in the 3000 block of Venice Blvd. in the metro.
